The usual monthly meeting of the Wellington District Highway Board was held yesterday, and was attended by Messrs Mason (in the chair), Taylor, Perkins, Speedy, Wood and Jones… Mr Damant was authorized to make a valuation of the properties formerly belonging to Messrs J. and D. Sinclair, in order to apportion the rates payable by the new owners.
