In the matter of WILLIAM FRANK OAKES, a Bankrupt.
Notice is hereby given that William Frank Oakes, of the City of Wellington, Contractor, was this day adjudicated a bankrupt. Friday, the twenty-eighth day of September instant, at the Supreme Court House, Wellington, at eleven o’clock in the forenoon, was the time and place appointed by the said order for the above-named bankrupt to submit to be examined.
Notice is hereby further given that Thursday, the twenty-seventh day of September instant, at 12 o’clock noon, at the Supreme Court House, Wellington, has been appointed for the first meeting of the creditors of the said William Frank Oakes, and for the attendance of the said William Frank Oakes before such meeting.
