A fisherman and possibly his son, is pictured along what is likely Wainuiomata River. Upon examination of the photo, it looks like it could be below Reservoir Road. Another more likely location is the same river near a fishing hut called Smiths Whare, as that hut and surrounds was photographed in the same year and probably in the same photo shoot.
