Grace’s Stream in Catchpool Valley runs alongside the Five Mile Loop Track.
Grace’s Stream is a creek in Remutaka Forest Park, that flows through mature forest. It is best known as the watercourse that the Five Mile Loop Track follows through lowland forest, including groves of mature hard beech in its lower reaches. It is also associated with the former Grace’s Stream Campsite, which the Department of Conservation permanently closed. The stream eventually flows into Catchpool Stream.
