The land sale to be held to-morrow afternoon, at 2 o’clock, by Messrs T. Kennedy Macdonald and Co., promises to be largely attended, as the properties to be sold comprise a number of large and valuable landed estates, as well as city properties and small farms, and includes the landed estate of Messrs J. and D. Sinclair, which, owing to the bankruptcy of the proprietors, is to be sold without reserve. The full particulars of the various properties are given in our advertising columns. Altogether the catalogue is one of the most extensive and valuable that has been submitted to the public for a considerable time. After the land sale a sale of furniture will be held.
